We carefully hand-select and prepare each botanical specimen for shipment. All orders undergo our quality verification process before dispatch.

International Shipping
We proudly serve gardening enthusiasts worldwide, with the exception of Asia and select remote areas. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply in their country.
Returns & Exchanges Policy
While we take meticulous care in selecting and shipping our specimens, we recognize that sometimes returns or exchanges may be necessary. Our policy reflects our commitment to quality while acknowledging the unique nature of living plants.
Return & Exchange Timeframe
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days from the date you receive your plants. This allows adequate time for inspection while ensuring plants remain healthy and viable.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for return or exchange, plants must meet the following conditions:
- Plants must be in their original condition and packaging
- All soil and root balls must remain intact
- Plants must show no signs of improper care or planting
- Original tags and labels must be attached
- Photographic evidence of any damage or issues must be provided
Non-Returnable Items
Due to their specialized nature and sensitivity to environmental changes, the following categories are not eligible for return or exchange:
- RARE PLANTS (all categories including Rare Azaleas, Rare Conifers, Rare Flowering Plants, Rare Perennials, Rare Shrubs, Rare Trees, and Rare Vines)
- Plants that have been planted or removed from their original containers
- Specimens showing signs of improper care, over-watering, or under-watering
- Plants affected by weather conditions after delivery
We encourage customers to contact us immediately upon receipt if there are concerns about rare specimens, as we may offer partial credit or replacement at our discretion.
Return Process
1 Contact Our Support Team
Within 15 days of receiving your order, email our dedicated support team at [email protected] with the following information:
- Your order number
- Photos of the plants in question
- Detailed description of the issue
2 Receive Return Authorization
After reviewing your request, we will email you a Return Authorization Number and specific shipping instructions. Do not ship plants without this authorization.
3 Package and Ship
Carefully repackage the plants following our instructions. Include the original packing slip and Return Authorization Number.

Refund Information
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Refund Processing Time: 5-7 business days after we receive the returned items
- Refund Method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Deductions: Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
Exchange Process
For eligible exchanges, we will ship replacement plants once we receive your return. If the requested replacement is unavailable, we will issue a store credit or refund.
International Returns
For our international gardening enthusiasts, return shipping costs and customs duties are the customer’s responsibility. We recommend using tracked shipping services for returns.

We recommend acclimating plants gradually to their new environment and consulting our plant care guides for optimal results with your botanical specimens. Proper care begins the moment your plants arrive.
